Helping the body heal itself

Nutritional Therapy (NT)? looks at the individual’s diet and lifestyle in order to identify and correct biochemical imbalances that may lead to body dysfunction. NT works to locate the root of the problem and help the body heal itself.?A nutritional therapy consultation enables the practitioner to make an in-depth analysis of an individual’s diet and discover the aspects that could be causing health problems.

The purpose of the muscle-energy allergy testing is to determine whether the specific substance being tested upsets the current energy balance of the body or alerts the brain, even if only briefly. First, a muscle is tested ‘in the clear’ (with no test substance present). In this case, the muscle will normally test ‘strong’ by displaying ample resistance to any physical pressure applied to it. The body is then briefly exposed to the test substance by placing that substance over the umbilicus, and the muscle is tested again. If there is a positive reaction to a particular substance, the muscles will go ‘weak, offering less resistance to applied physical pressure. If there is no reaction to the substance, the muscle will again test ‘strong. Each substance is tested separately.?Please note for best results you need to prepare small samples of the foods and drinks that you most commonly eat for the testing.
