Following professional dance training, my interest in anatomy, and the strain which our day-to-day lives and work put upon our bodies led me to train at the North London School of Sports Massage. I offer?eight years experience in Massage Therapy: I identify the source of strains and injuries, treat them with massage, and give professional advice to improve clients? prospects of avoiding recurring stress or injury.

The?Sports/Deep Tissue Massage?can include stretches, exercises and postural?education as well as sports massage techniques. The treatment will be adapted for each client to focus on your specific problem area. Advice will be given for you to carry on your progress between sessions.

The Pregnancy?Massage?is designed to release tension that has built up due to extra demand on the body, and to help the muscles return to their previous tone. Depending on the stage of your pregnancy you will either be seated on a chair or lying on the massage table.?

Please Note:?The Pregnancy Massage?is for women who are 3 months+ into their pregnancy.

?Qualifications:

* Insurance and membership with the Complementary Therapists Association
* Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage (North London School of Sports Massage)
* Certificate in Pregnancy Massage
* BA(HONS) Performing Arts ? Dance (Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts)
* Certificate in Contemporary Dance (London Contemporary Dance School)
