Wake Up … to a greater sense of Well-Being
WHAT IS HYPNOSIS? A relaxed and focused state of mind. To practice hypnosis its worthwhile to understand your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is the seat of all your emotions and therefore directs nearly all your behaviour. Most importantly, your subconscious mind is responsible for maintaining your body functioning well and for all the autonomic processes such as sleep, breathing, repair, immune system wellness, tissue regeneration and good memory. Until recently it was assumed that hypnosis was similar to sleep, in reality there is a specific state that the brain enters in to when it is receptive to suggestion. This has been discovered on scans, you may just feel relaxed and not in an altered state of awareness or hypnosis.? There is a change in the brainwave activity, similar to the time before you are asleep. Your brain’s waking state is beta wave, just as you are going to sleep it changes to alpha, delta and then theta in deep sleep. The alpha is a very dreamy pleasant state, where you are open to visualisation and a strong rich seniority
Experience. Hypnotherapy easily and powerfully uses this heightened state of suggestibility and awareness as a tool to make new and solid changes in your life.
What is best for Taking up hypnotherapy is probably one of the most powerful ways of finding and releasing conflicts; depression; blocks and illness; becoming a non-smoker; releasing anger and being happier in yourself; having great sex and more.?
