About Daniel Schwager
Daniel is a Swiss acupuncturist and bodywork therapist.
Since 1994, he has practiced Western manual soft tissue manipulation from sports massage therapy and deep tissue treatments, Eastern healing methods from acupuncture and shiatsu and movement therapies from Yoga and Pilates.
He has been based at Natureworks since 1999.
Daniel Schwager offers person centred integrative body treatments to alleviate pain and discomfort, whilst addressing any underlying imbalances or causal factors.
During his clinical experience over the past 25 years he has regularly treated acute and chronic muscular-skeletal problems, muscular stiffness and tension, pain and aches from sports injuries, static sedentary occupations, poor postural habits or other everyday stresses, including mental and emotional health problems.
Above all, Daniel?s aim is to help to make long-term improvement by promoting greater body awareness, not to simply ?fix? the problem, but facilitating body awareness, changes in posture and lifestyle, preventing future health problems and promoting well being.
Home visits for treatments can be arranged for an additional traveling fee, to give you privacy in your own home or office.
Daniel is a registered practitioner of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), a member of the Register of the Shiatsu Society UK (M.R.S.S) and the Acupuncture-Acutherapy Council (MAcuC).
Paul specialises in the treatment of dynamic movement injuries. He uses a combination of osteopathic techniques ? cranial and structural treatments/manipulation where appropriate.
What Daniel’s clients says
I’ve worked with Daniel since 2008 and appreciate his extraordinary skills as a body worker which are both intuitive as well as scientific. He is a healer in the true sense and I highly recommend him.? ? Sting, musician
“The briefest glance at his C.V. shows a therapist with a rare breadth and depth of skills, someone who has retained his interest for, and commitment to, his work. But Daniel also has ‘X-ray ‘ fingers. This can not be learned, it is a gift. It means he can ‘see ‘ exactly what and where your problems are, and is the reason that since my first appointment, I never have, and never will go to another therapist.”
