Osteopathy is a safe and natural approach to health care.

Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy that focuses on the individual with the aim of restoring, maintaining and promoting health. The main emphasis is on the structural integrity of the body. Osteopaths have a highly developed sense of touch and use their hands to investigate the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. An Osteopath will always take into account the physical, emotional and environmental aspects of the problems patients present with and then using a combination of manipulation, soft tissue massage and stretching aim to relieve the symptoms of discomfort whilst seeking to identify the cause. Working on the physical frame can also help the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the person.

What clients say:

I came to see Atlanta having suffered years of lower back pain. She listened with patience, explained clearly what she thought was going on with my body, treated me skillfully and gave me advice that I understood. She eased my pain considerably and I highly recommend her. Anika Hamilton, Editor.

Atlanta got me through my pregnancy! I thought that it was normal to feel all these aches and pains in my body while I was pregnant but Atlanta made them go away. Her advice and encouragement was also invaluable.? I tell all my friends you don?t have to endure back pain when you are pregnant, just go and see Atlanta. Josie Letts, full time Mum.

Atlanta?s infinite knowledge and incredible intuition mean that I have often walked into a treatment with her in considerable pain and left feeling not just better, but amazing. She is quite simply one of the best Osteopaths I?ve ever been treated by. Clare Bennett, Writer.
