Anthony Kingsley(BSc MA MSTAT)?a trained psychotherapist, has been teaching the Alexander Technique for over 28 years. He is also the Head of Training at?the Alexander Teacher Training School.

Anthony has a powerful mind-body approach to the Alexander Technique. ?He is uniquely qualified to empathically support a person through challenging and stressful life situations.

Anthony has studied extensively with several of the first generation of teachers to be trained by Alexander. He is manager of The Alexander Studio, and over the years has worked with notable actors, musicians, athletes and the general public.
