Mathilde graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004 and?went on to graduate in Medicine at Barts and the London in 2010.?Alongside working in a busy osteopathic practice since 2004, she leads the Clinical?Pathology module at the London School of Osteopathy and supervises students in?the college clinic.
Mathilde has experience of working with sports people at all levels in a variety of?sports including athletics, martial arts, triathlon, rugby, golf and dancing. Her special?interests include developing personalised plans to boost performance, working?alongside the patient to promote their fitness, health and well being.
Mathilde is recognised by all major health insurance companies including Bupa, Axa?PPP, Cigna and Aviva.

It is holistic and patient-centered and therefore suitable for all age?groups and helps in the management of a wide variety of conditions.?Osteopathy focuses on the treatment of the cause and not the?symptom. It promotes and enhances the body’s natural healing mechanisms by?improving drainage and mobility and thus reduces tension and pain in the joints,?muscles and soft tissue structures. It can help prevent injuries as well as manage injuries and encourage fluidity of movement essential in most sports such as golf or?dancing.
Osteopathic postural and functional assessment to define areas of strengths and?weaknesses and formulate an individual exercise prescription?Osteopathy can be used in the abscence of pain or discomfort and is very effective?for the prevention of injury and dysfunction. Body MOT is a 45-minute holistic assessement of your posture and musculoskeletal function. By targeting any?potential problem areas early, you can improve your performance, boost your?recovery and prevent further injury. The osteopath will help define your strengths?and weaknesses and discuss any treatment, exercises and management options as?appropriate. ?At the end of the session, you will receive an exercise and training prescription that?you can follow yourself or with the help of your personal trainer or fitness instructor.?You may also be prescribed postural or ergonomic advice.
