I have been practising as a psychotherapist for 14 years, helping people with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
I work with each individual appreciating they unique circumstances, helping them identify and understand what ails and use their potential to overcome their challenges.
Therapy is often seen as a journey of self-development and exploration of our inner world of thoughts and feelings. It is also the exploration of the unconscious mind, that deep-seated part of ourselves, that can leads to insights.
“One must have chaos in one to give birth to a dancing star.”
– Fredrich Nietzsche
Psychotherapy and Counsellor Individual and Couples
Sometimes it’s not easy to ask for help. However, an experienced therapist can help you to turn a crisis into an opportunity for change. Therapy can provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can bring your concerns, express your feelings and explore difficult situations.
You may be experiencing depression, a sense of isolation, anxiety or negative thoughts. You may be struggling after a trauma. Maybe you are having relationship problems and would like some professional guidance, as an individual or as a couple. Perhaps you need help in coping with stress or life transitions. You have tried everything you know but still find yourself repeating old patterns. If you relate to the above, you are not alone; most people encounter difficulties in the course of their lives.Therapy can help you to understand and cope with life’s challenges. It can help you develop the confidence to change what is not working for you and to draw more deeply on your own qualities and strengths.
What happens during the session ?
In our first session, we will talk about what you can expect from therapy and how it could be of benefit to you.
You will be able to talk about your concerns and have a chance to express your feelings and together we will work towards an agreed goal.
