The Alexander Technique is a powerful tool for personal change. It is a process of re-education that offers liberation from unhelpful habits that may contribute towards discomfort and illness. The experience of lessons generates a dynamic sense of ease and wellbeing. The Alexander Technique is holistic. It tackles the cause of a person’s problems rather than simply treating the symptoms. Following Alexander lessons, pupils learn to release muscle tension and mental stress, and recover their natural grace and freedom. Follow the example of Keanu Reeves, Sting and Paul McCartney and learn the Alexander Technique.

Anthony Kingsley BSc MA MSTAT has been in private practice for over 20 years. He has studied extensively with several of the first generation of teachers to be trained by Alexander. He is manager of The Alexander Studio, and over the years has worked with notable actors, musicians, athletes and the general public.

Anthony is a qualified psychotherapist. This specialisation has deepened his understanding of the mind-body link in the Alexander Technique. He is also the Director of The Alexander Teacher Training School, which offers a 3 year programme of studies to become a certified Alexander Teacher. Anthony has produced the instructional DVD “From Stress To Freedom With The Alexander Technique.”
